The Infinity Project was curated by the late (and dearly missed) Jo Cook for the Helen Pitt Gallery, an artist-run centre in Vancouver, Canada in 2005. The show was reproduced as an art book that documents the work of over 100 artists who made objects, drawings, sculptures, etc., to represent their ideas about infinity.
